Spandrel Development Partners will introduce the W Hotels brand to Charlotte, North Carolina. The new hotel will be the hospitality centerpiece of the 400 South Tryon development. It will feature 200 keys, including guestrooms and suites. The hotel will occupy floors one through nine, with a rooftop venue on the 34th floor. Plans also include extensive meeting space and dining options.
