Someone in a low level role like yourself probably doesn’t interface with senior Leaders. But we thank you for your efforts

When was the last time a manager or executive inspired or motivated anyone? They don’t even meet with us anymore. Zero vision. Zero communication. Zero inspiring anything. Zero motivation. They fail by their own metric.
