Ops was on a path for outsourcing. If you are located in NAM, then the goal is to push as many roles to Costa Rica and Columbia, etc. If not this year, then next year they will continue making those changes as they develop a better portal system for clients to use.

There is still KYC left? They massacred most of us back in May and June I thought.
