"Employees with babies" will soon be more desirable employees than singles. From a technical perspective, AI can do most work, resulting in work becoming even more meaningless. On top of that, single employees have nothing to look forward to after they get home. They have meaningless lives in every aspect. Single employees are already leaving voluntarily.
Dude it's illegal to discriminate based on if someone has kids or not. Otherwise they would definitely not hire people with kids, think about it on the flip side.
