You see how the scandals are not unique. Wrongdoing is not punished. Bad actors are protected and encouraged. They lie about everything, even about their employees at review time. Lies Lies Lies. You will need a strong support system to deal with all the backstabbing & wrongdoing. Once you are here, you need to devote a lot of energy towards defending yourself & just dealing with it, vs looking for a new job outside the company. The best solution is never to come here in the first place.

It's almost impossible to tolerate that company and its corrupt leadership if you are a decent person. It eats away at you. I hung on by a thread waiting for severance. Finally, was so relieved to get laid off and found a small company with good people. I'm almost fully recovered from my WF experience and feeling healthy and like myself once again. I do still miss some of my colleagues and the days when it wasn't like the last several years, but alas we have to move on.

Good advice but tons of people sell out their values and principles for money every day. Won't stop anyone from trying to cash in by working here if the pay is better than what they get now. It's a tale as old as time
