Just go an email that Mondelez is having another employee survey. Funny how it starts on October 5th? It would have been quite fun to see if it dropped before that.

Have the usual engagement survey, pretend to listen, do what they want anyways, that makes no sense and mashe makes everybody more miserable, repeat next year….
The best response for those engagement surveys is to not fill it out
Every company has the same useless survey every year. Foil hat. What if every major corporation does this and reports to the reptilian overlords that we are all mindless drones.

@OP those surveys are worthless. Everyone complaints about the same thing and they never fix anything . I don’t see the point in them wanting us to engage in the surveys not like they are giving us the basic things we ask to be changed .
