And this is why you'll never become VP+ at any company.
A standard U.S. cup contains roughly 14,000 to 15,000 grains of medium-grain white rice.
A standard 5-pound bag of rice contains roughly 150,000 to 195,000 grains, depending on the variety and grain size.
Unless you mean to say you have no rice in your cupboard, in which case your explanation makes even less sense, and probably explains why you also don't own any MAT RSUs.
Folks, get a clue. Roberto receives $2M in stock per year rising to $3M in 2027. Selling $500k in equity, based on % of annual compensation, for Roberto is just a normal transaction like any Director+ (or manager / sr. manager with special stock grant) would likewise do.
Growth mode....... not for the company but for the 15th floor. Didn't they say stock buy backs would happen until 2027, so you know the stock will continue to fall. More layoffs in the fall???? Which brands will be sold by EOY????

Considering top executives total annual compensation whats the big deal? At today’s stock value thats a little over 1/2 million dollars.
