How’s everyone in Housecalls doing? Are there any concerns for layoffs? I’m full time and I only have a small amount of members (<55) scheduled in the future. It used to be a lot more than that.

Great even more charting to do now with the upgrade…we really need to advocate for more admin time..
Same high number of secondary visits without any apparent care gaps.
I’m at the point where 50% of more of my visits per day are 2nd visits. Not sure if that means there’s not enough to be seen 1st time, or they are just trying to get as much as reimbursement as possible doing it twice..
I'm now on 2nd visits AND underbooked for the next two weeks (realizing they could fill in at the last minute though) in an area they are PAYING travelers to come work. I have also been working incentive days in this area. Make it make sense.
For reference I have double your numbers booked scattered into Nov.
@e7 yes always a concern when a company is trying to get the profit margin back. If an area does not have the membership to support visits then RIF will occur. Surely, they are not going to pay an NP to sit at home. They are doing VVV, every 6 month visits and same day to be sure schedules are full. Burn rate and new enrollment numbers will predict future needs etc
Are there concerns about possible layoffs?
What are barriers to completion of visit? I'd say the Bill in Congress( no upcode act ) to eliminate coding from home visits . Unlinked chart review dx already eliminated.
@c2 quality in a sense of barriers to visit completion, challenging areas.
How can yu have less visits and quality is down? Don't you have more time?
Noticing the same. Volume and quality of visits are down. I’m in a major city.
