Where is the opt out no donation option?
They must have removed it because giving rates are dropping due to minimal to zero raises.
@dy And I want a non-toxic workplace and a raise. We don't always get what we want.

I have been donating at least 150$. I thought everyone did and it’s kind of mandatory since the teams want to show 100% signup
XOM can have the hours of work for which I'm paid. I'm not paid to help their charitable image, so they will get no participation from me.

Nobody outside of the US gives two fu--s for UW. It's a pi----g contest for rich Houston folk to out do each other for prestige. The opposite of what charity is about.

That’s what I took from this post.
Who cares? United Way is no longer relevant. It’s easy to donate directly to charities you care about without funding United Way’s overhead costs.
