EM Global Security stopped KM’s plan to sell off one building at a time due to not being able to screen the subsequent owners. Leasing was still an option.
Selling Campus will need to be all or nothing.
We are actively trying to lease out 25% of the campus.
The "active" leasing may be suspended until we buy Shell's US chemical assets. If that happens, you will see a lot of Houston based Shell employees relocated to the Spring Campus.
I think they will downsize to one building off campus that will just be managers. The rest of the workforce will be in Bangalore and a skeleton crew scattered on site at various assets.
