SCPT is being run by a product leader. They will outsource themselves to ITC. They have already started building engineering and product leadership in ITC. SCPT doesn't directly generate sales and is just not able to help increase the margins. Once ITC takes over it will only go from bad to worse.
@OP I think so for the 1-2 years.

@OP I think it will safe for 18-24 months then the jobs will move to ITC once that is built and staffed. We were in SCPT until the layoff back in April and moved into another space.
