This move is part of a significant investment totaling $370 million, supported by $30 million in state grants. The company plans to transfer 1,500 employees from New Jersey to the new headquarters and hire an additional 500 individuals. Burlington will maintain its New Jersey warehouse and distribution centers. This announcement comes as Campbell's Co. recently laid off approximately 515 employees due to declining sales.
