The new system is arbitrary and reeks of tribalism. Lots of good people getting unfair grades in Irvine and GO. Shame on management for this disgrace.

@14n uh ever since the toxic SanDisk cult came in, it was never about performance but rather optics and politics.
Survival in the company. Bottom 5 percent will have to go. Your performance is not based on what you deliver but how much you do better than others.
