Performance ratings were completely ignored. Favorites and yes-people stayed while genuine hardworking colleagues were let go. People are judged by how they dress and who they flatter, not by their actual work. I hate what this place has turned into in the past several years.

Why wouldn't this company wait until after the Labor Day weekend to lay off so many people. Just shows how heartless, and clueless they can be.

That’s why I left a couple of months ago to join a better company. I refused to be a yes-man at L3Harris and felt angry to see a$$-kissers to sit in the manager’s office a couple of hours every day and get all credits.
