It is anonymous if you simply answer the yes/no comments. It's when you start entering comments using certain words that only you and your supervisor recall, that get's you identified. If your comments directly accuse someone of ethics with specific examples, EEO violations, they legally have to investigate! If you stick to the basics, you're fin. if you're the ony one in the room that talks about pink elephants, it won't be hard to ID you by your comments talking about "Pink Elephants!"
@rr agree. Waste of time. Just like their fake Value Line process. Nothing is anonymous there. A good friend of mine went to Values line and was fited 10 mo later. Shame on them.
