@f4 that's easily defeated with a 16 dollar device.
I've never seen nor heard of a PTO denial.

You should have stopped at simply answering the question without getting all cunty..yes I have never had to get approval in IT that's why I asked. There are customer facing employees that need approval but even that's automated via system work Force management. if you can request it, it's available. Nothing to her denied. You aye the onw living in your own sh---y bubble, I actually asked a question so I can learn.
@ex a business line/team should have a process in place along with the workforce to ensure their employees can take PTO without feeling guilt and without it negatively impacting their performance metrics.
Let’s not forget all the key stroke/ mouse idle management software that’s being implemented.
@bb some people are hourly. And some teams need coverage because they directly work with patients unlike you. Get out of your own bubble and realize other people have to have approval for PTO because they are in a patient serving role
Or the product or service needs coverage of workers. So simple minded and only think about your situation. As usual with most of you. I bet you think you are above so many people too get off your high horse.

How can ptos get denied? Mine auto approved immediately..no need to inform anyone or get any approvals ...GL30/ IT
On top of that, a micromanaging boss who requires cameras on for every single meeting for literally no reason other than for a power move because they have no control in their personal life.
