It really doesn't matter he isn't making most of the decisions. Until they change or get rid of lots of middle and upper management and run by FHFA the place will continue to be a mess. For too many years even a decade that place has had too much dead weight that should have been let go. They allowed too many incompetent workers to stay and many are still there.
@1aa agree. Probably one massive reorg in September/October and then he gets replaced either in November or January.

He is the hatchet guy and will leave in a few years. He isn't there except to oversee the downsizing of the company.
Interesting. My comment disappeared... Let me just re-add it here. The gist being that the 35% approval rating is from the nepo magas that Pulte has infected the company with. Same FU#KING approval rating as the orange mistake. Feel free to take it down again, assh-les.
Sounds about right — if you average the previous high numbers with around 5% for the past year and and a half.
