I've noticed that some people can say anything and it's called helpful, but when others say the same thing it's called aggressive. The double standard is driving me crazy. I guess knowing the right people is the most important thing to have your words taken seriously.

The double standard is usually directed at women who speak out with logic from the lower tiers of the org.

They just shuffle loyal middle management around to keep things fresh.
How many various managers and directors have you had over the years while sitting in the same seat.

Mayotte is an example of a terrible director as well.
Guy was non existent when he covered the Vertical segment. I think I saw him twice on virtual meetings and he added zero value.
Night and day compared to the previous leadership in the Vertical segment.
Seems like they silence the actual good leaders that try to bridge the gap between the worker bee's and the main company decision makers but those higher up leaders get in their feelings because their shortcomings are exposed.
They then want tenured people to leave because they know what things were like under good leaders. The tenured people still around are those that keep their heads down and mouths shut. What a way to run a company.
Glad this site exits to at least vent and see others feel the exact same way.
@dn With directors like Koczera we now refer to it as a "Director on the Spectrum" and just disregard it.
Stock tip: The more articles you see about a company fu--ing over their employees, invest in their stock. Exploitation=profit=growth=profit.
