Obviously everyone at BTC should be jumping to get the next raise and promotion. No reason to stall your career. Moving is the fastest way to increase salary and get the next promotion.
1.098 times a 0.10 salary equals nearly 0.11 salary.
Not much motivation to stay loyal if ENGINE offers 0.15 of normal salary.
