Kraft-Heinz and Disney just partnered… former PEP leaders…Hershey has two former PEP execs.. thriving…so what do we make of this?! Seems like strong leaders are thriving once they leave here. Will the PepsiCo BOD wake up?!

Its actually been 6 execs that went to Hershey.
Kirk Tanner, Heather Hoytink, Stacey Taffet, Natalie Rothman, Nithin Jain and Mike Del Pozzo (although MDP came back to PepsiCo after only 3 months at Hershey)
I’ve seen the biggest exits in Frito Commercial and HR North America. If you can sell from the desk, you can land a role almost anywhere, and if you’re driving people transformation, that skill is in demand in most places.

His short tenure at Wendy’s was a disaster…. Hershey is fast becoming a disaster as his (familiar) pricing moves are driving customers to cut orders / remove them altogether (foodservice/3Po )
