All show ponys presenting . His Sr. Directors leading AI 😂. They presente generic slides, ZERO value, VB seems like a con artist trying to act technical with his Internet copy AI generated aidlc slop slide. The other one was so annoying that even SC cut him off. One lady does data gathering about team members on a mismaged Excel sheet and calls herself a AI stewart. One lady just sets up calls and coordinates q&a and she's an AI director. LMAO. These people will not get hired in AI leadership roles anywhere except at UHC. Anyone can presented the slop we saw today. Why is zmuda be here in UHC Tech when she has zero knowledge? This whole thing is a sham and will end really bad unless they start getting real technical director with real AI skills and not copy paste slop directors. Shareholders/board would love to fire this entire sh-t show in a heartbeat if they understand what a joke this entire org leadership is. Looking for non existent nails to hit with a few wobbly broken soft headed rubber hammers in that's totally useless. Sh--Charidoesn't realize what a sh---y org he got into, after ruining his previous order he probably thought he can get a fresh start, but guess what his last team was already real engineers and architects, ruined the entire culture there and jumped ships. He'll realize soon enough what a clown show this org is.

He's planning to move all to India one by one. He had India flag on his ppt after his trip to India and had a call to praise how wonderful they are. He is always criticizing everything we do onshore . Posted an exaggerated brag on Viva about one of his projects saving millions per month. He's always angry, talks too much word salad. Like this last town hall,. Cant recall one useful thing anyone mentioned. Entire org is total BS. Rumor is business will stop the funding next year. Expect huge layoff.
@e9 what team was he in before? I am getting a lot of pressure from my team to build an agent when there is no real use case . All because of Sh--Charis passive aggressive pressure. I would like to know what team he was on and jump there so I know I'll never have to deal with him again...
the culture got a lot better in the other org after S** left. Everyone makes fun of how awful he was.
Hey Jen Z: use any AI tool, don’t even botter about ROI, just do it. It’s a shame that after SD blessed us with his incarnation: we are still sending emails in what to do and how to do? Just use brute force. You’re losing credibility faster than the ice melting in hundred plus temperature.
@a4 AI usage for coding by each team/person. It's self reported ..so it's meaningless. On the forums I read that her only job is to compile report the % of AI coding adoption and tell people to use AI for coding. I bet she can't code one line to save her life. Software engineers are tired of these clueless "leaders" coming up with new slop ever time and talk about it as though it's some revolutionary idea. nothing really sees the light of the day as they are all copy/paste ideas from other teams or some Internet meme idea. It's all about sounding like an expert, exert control and get bonus. These people will never be able to get a job outside UHC and they know that so trying to hard to control and manipulate the narrative so executive leaders can fund their slop. MnR Tech should be rebranded to MnR slop
