is this a real thing or is sunlight need with AI and the question of records retention? are employees using too much insurance as to make themselves a liability?

It also feels like the number of denials by the insurance company for care recommended by my doctor has surged this year. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Not healthcare. Not in the US.
In the US, healthcare provider varies by state.
Medium to Large Companies generally self insure and hire an insurance firm to manage it.
huh? if you are in the US, your health insurance is through a private provider like United which is not allowed to disclose it.
