I am confused why they have these roles available, did they lay off too many nurses or what? Is this something Sarah didn’t think through, now you are offering 2500-5000 sign on bonus for these roles.

@OP I only see the roles in MO for this.
What they really need to do is take that money and use it for retention bonuses for the CMs who are still there, getting worked to the bone while also having to onboard and train the new CMs.
Wait till those care managers start getting the audits and the job starts taking a toll on their mental health..Run🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
