Has anyone else these past couple of weeks noticed a large surge in cancelled contracts? Many different reasons but also many that are unhappy with the current onboarding process. Are nurses beginning to avoid taking contracts with MedSol?

Typical Medical Solutions response. But everyone is doing it all the companies are using offshores. Actually they aren’t… But nice try.
Onboarding has been a mess ever since they switched things offshore. They keep trying different things to fix the mess they made. The directors think it’s the job that is hard, but we didn’t have any of these issues when onboarding was onshore. It was a terrible idea to move it offshore. The NSS scores are embarrassing. The problem is that most of the current upper management was not around when onboarding was onshore so they have no idea what a machine onboarding was.
WRS does not know what they’re doing. They do not read protocol. They do not communicate well with the nurses or the team. They’re follow ups are terrible.
Not just clinicians, it’s clients too. They’re getting tired of the delayed starts for compliance issues, countless requests for waivers when compliance drops the ball, etc. it’s embarrassing to be honest
Offshoring compliance has really hurt MedSol. I have encountered numerous travelers that have specifically mentioned that they want to speak with an Onboarding Specialist that actually understands the compliance process.
Oh absolutely. This isn't anything specifically new with nurses avoiding contracts with MedSol. Many have been going to competitor companies and taking contracts with them for years now. Nurses talk. All it takes is a few nurses to state they've had terrible experiences with x company and they tend to boycott or avoid that company. It's no surprise to the nurses what's been happening with MedSol since 2023. They are more than aware.
