@OP We received the special bonus a few years ago and ironically it was only hourly employees that received it.
If things continue this way and stock prices stay extremely high I can see either a very large bonus award or something special again (a second bonus). But of course, we didnt have the little lady at the helm last time so Im sure she will have her say in the matter.
Shareholders are at the top of the corporate pyramid and lowly workers at the bottom. I think you can extrapolate from that if you will reap the rewards from the record breaking profits.
