Also sad to see all of the employees leaving early globally both voluntarily and due to PIP. Forced out by PIP, made to feel miserable, or just seeking better opportunities elsewhere.
For all the section heads and managers unleashing psychological torture to employees in the name of performance, karma will come back and haunt you and your dear ones. Resign or fear for the consequences of your actions.

A lot of very capable and experienced Europe folks departing, will definitely be a loss for the company. Also a steady stream of departures in Calgary. Definitely losing a ton of knowledge.
