What’s with the push to have the end of year reviews entered in September? Are they looking to layoff again? Doesn’t make sense we still have two months to count as part of our end of year progress?!

Really early this year but so was the deadline for year end ratings. Suspect big re-orgs happening soon too after the top of the house announcements this week. .
Your rating has already been decided along with your bonus. Now is the time to sail easy into next year.
