@17r Totally agree! Leaders in India have absolutely no clue about the business, aren’t interested in learning about it, and think AI is the solution to everything. And since they’ve fired pretty much anyone that had some knowledge, their only solution is to rely on AI translation. We are already telling clients to go to our competitors in the US, it’s a matter of time before the big clients decide this company isn’t worth it anymore.

It's not about care but about "knowing" your customers. The Europeans, Indians etc do not know anything about this business, and for sure not who our customers are and what they want. This is how we loose our competitive advantage over the last 10 or so years...

Neither leadership or the private equity owners 'care' about the customers beyond their acceptance of the latest price increases and reduction in services.

Shareholder return is the only priority. It's been that way since at least 2010.

It use to be we cared for our customers!

Since the move to cheaper labor (that started years ago) both in Europe and India that hasn't be the case anymore, and it makes sense, those don't even know who our customers are...
