Start of RTO - work 8 - 5 PM - no more, no less, decline meetings that are outside of working hours and break time. Not checking my phone or work computer at home. No more infringement on my home life. Malicious compliance and inflexibility going forward. Already stopped being helpful.

My manager told me this week is optional for this Connect week.
There's straight up nobody here at MMK.
Even people that are otherwise scheduled for this week are skipping and staying home. Mmk is a ghost town today. Me I'm going to be a good lil wagie til the last minute to try to survive all this bullsh-t.
Monday is Labor Day.
