Concept is great but agree that most COE roles seem to be a waste. Tell us how important you are but get nothing done.
Looking for ways to pretend the time you are in meetings while multi tasking and passively attending meetings saves hours of time where entire departments could be eliminated because they don’t need to be in meetings.
Probably more than efficiency leads or operations excellence
