In a tough environment, your colleagues can really make a difference. With all of the rapid fire changes, collaborative, experienced and, sure, funny colleagues are what helps the most.

I wish I had the same experience. The so-called "teammates" were the worst. If you don't drink the Koolaid, actually want to work and have ethics and standards, you can't play in their sandbox. Once the bad management took off it was too late to save myself. Took my package and left after one extension, one offer to go to Cognizant and another extension (not with Cognizant). More of the same was not worth my mental and physical health to put up with the C-Suite shenanigans and pep rallies that held zero promise of any improvement. I'll take my chances in this volatile job market instead.
I don’t understand why all the down votes on this. All I said was essentially that my team is the only bright spot I have left and the only thing keeping me here (and vice versa). Oh well can’t win em’ all.

Seeing all these people that cause this type of distress hang from ropes would be pleasurable. All the bootlickers can hang also.

Those I work with are literally the only bright spot I have in my position. Many of my employees have told me that I’m the only reason they haven’t left yet and the feeling is completely mutual. I love my team and they are the only thing getting me through the day. Unfortunately it’s just a matter of time before even having a good manager/wonderful employees isn’t enough to keep people there.
A union would make it better
