Hearing whispers of some restructuring of the branches in CA. Specifically the South LA branch becoming the main branch and OC and the Ventura branches being closed or turned into ghost warehouses. Anyone have any more info on that?

I reported to Adam when he managed SPLAT. He looked me directly in my eyes and assured me he would always be transparent.
Later, after he went over to the customer side, I was let go. I found out later that he not only knew our team was being downsized in a couple months, but also knew his backfill Keith was gonna be let go too. Did he warn us? Nope. He shared the info with his team though. Several of them knew that we were sitting ducks and said nothing. Cowards.
Adam didn't care because he'd moved on. He only cares about himself. I'm glad to be out of this toxic company, especially considering how difficult it was to get back on my feet. It was stressful looking for a new role now that everyone uses AI to write bogus resumes.
I hope Adam reads this too.

I remember listening to him talk obsessively about people being sheep. He'd hire his friends, or people he'd worked with previously, if he thought he could control them. He wants the sheep.
If anyone pushed back he'd start talking about to others in 1:1s as being unstable. No courage to face the person, just covert rumors behind the back. It's nuts how many 'unstable' folks he seems to run into at work. It kind of makes you wonder how long it will take to self reflect, and realize he's the common denominator. Wishful thinking right!
