Most alarming with this guy was the brazen lying in front of Congress last year. To just plainly say “we paid her claim” when he damn well knew he was trying to shaft the policyholder is just gross.
I don’t know that I’ve met anyone quite so incompetent. Good at shafting his policy holders at least.
