My uncle retired 8 years ago and still thinks Qualcomm is perfect. He calls me ungrateful for wanting to leave. I really wish I could get him back in for just a single day to do my job.

It really was a great place to work back in the day. You should be grateful for the incredible work experience (and financial reward) people like me who were there in the early 90's experienced. Now get back to work to pay for my SS and Medicare...

Get back to work and pay your uncle's Social Security. Same goes for H1Bs!
Did you get a referral from your uncle to get the job? Maybe that's the raison he is calling you ungrateful!
