I’m wondering….the last RIF was a lot of middle management. Of those teams that were impacted, do you think it is a sequential thing….like they were the first to go, and they are dismantling those teams altogether, and the next round will be rest of the team? My team lost some very good and not so very good people, and the workload has been skewed and we are in catch up mode. But maybe that is just to clean it all up before it’s finished?

What departments were laid off?
I am seeing entire departments (yes, plural) laid off, from excellent performers to not so much, and from directors all the way down to the worker bees at the bottom. It's all very concerning.
So. No major RIF occurred.
Doubtful, since there was no WARN notification given to the states Humana is in, unless it shows on their website tomorrow

Major rif tomorrow. Everyone is cold and frozen even at 80F
