Just left Databricks and jumped over to Teradata… and yeah, I’m already loving it.
Honestly? Excellent place to work. The people are solid, the vibe is good, and it just feels right. If you’re looking for somewhere that actually treats you well and lets you do interesting stuff, this is the place to be.
Glad I made the move.

The only question I have is why in the world would you leave Databricks for Teradata?? That's like swapping a cruise off Royal Caribbean Utopia of the World for the Titanic.

Take a sharp U-turn, with your hat in hand and tail where it should be. Who would think of doing such a thing? Brick has its own problems but even problems are avoiding td.
Wow, Databricks must really, really su-k. Hard to get much lower on the (pretend) AI ladder than Teradata

If anyone came to Teradata from Databricks, it was because Databricks didn’t want you anymore. Databricks closed at 199.16 up 2.31 today. So a low performer like you and a non-performer like Teradata deserve each other.
