It's always been part of the problem. They come up with stupid ideas and metrics so the stores find a way to circumvent them.. remember when we multiplied from surveys to everyone just avoided opening accounts or making useless orders that could generate surveys. Remember when they were on about touchless so you had everyone using the app. Even further back when they wanted more accessories on each order ATR so people sold bags and foam ear pieces. Willful ignorance or objective stupidity

The attitude in our store is no step up,no insurance, no accessories, no add a line,no pull thru,no home internet, Get lost ! The reps in the store are creative in " walking " these people also " set up and go" ( for free) is why most of these people come in the store to buy a na--d phone,when they find out they have to pay$30 they all of a sudden can do it after the complaint of why we charge now . Lastly, a majority is not by elderly people its by the other age groups. Lastly, the new comp in April is laughable because you either want metrics or volume!
Our store does a quote every time, with TMP, vz home etc, before we see have the phone , we go over the quote, if customer doesn't want TMP etc, we don't have the phone in stock, but the agent up the road might!
