Apparently, no one will get quota relief if one takes vacation or personal day off. It is like getting punished to take one. How will anyone be able to take days off now? This is very corrupt and unethical. This is absolutely wrong and should be reported. Also like all the times in the past, whenever the commission was changed reps lost money. This is exactly what they have planned.

Lol! B2B, R2B, basically every sales team out there does not get quota relief for time off. Previous structure didn't give relief other. Unlike the other business sales individual, retail is on team commission meaning someone is always selling while you are off. Quit speaking of simple things you don't understand like how you make money.
Just keep doing your thing and piggy back from your team-mates. Just get your team commission, and if your earn a bit more then consider it your bonus. Remember you will also get charge backs!! Who cares!!
Don't yall worry!! The current structure is roberry!! You must hit 215% to quota to get $1,000 more! After takes about $600 take home!! With the old structure that Hans eliminated you would of earned $5k plus!!! Your all better off not bustin' your As--s for nothing!!:)
