Is it a coincidence that the oldest members of my sales team with the most seniority were the ones who were let go?
Is it strange to anyone else that, in some markets, the company can't find people to apply for positions, and yet the company's solution to this hiring crisis is to create more openings by displacing experienced employees and to lower the benefits for any new hires? People weren't flocking to Mondelez when employees received benefits. Why would they sign up now?
It's too bad our RDR, Jennifer, wasn't let go. There are several Burger Kings around her in Minnesota that are looking for shift managers. If she worked hard, she could eventually learn how to be a manager.
