The company knows about this site and has been discussed in senior leadership meetings. I am sure they will have bots scrapping the site for information. Management has been discussing about everything.
Accenture costs do not matter at this point. AIG will continue to split up. Part of the contract with Accenture is that the new company can use their own support or continue with Accenture. This makes it attractive in the sale. You can dump the Accenture drones and no harm.

They don't care. And by the way, I understand that many don't like it here, but it really depends in what dep. You work and who's your boss to determine your working experience. Aig has a lot of flaws but out there the working world isn't a paradise you know... Personally I found my balance, my wage is good, my team is good , my boss and his boss are good. Good, not perfect, but still my stress ratio is very low. I'm lucky but also aware that you cannott have everything. My only really concern is the shriking of employees population to outsorce work to unskilled unprepared persons in third world countries ... But I'm getting the feeling that this trend is changing , because accenture costs a lot and deliver very poorly
How can you be at AIG long and not realize this site exists?
Most of HR that I know (I’m not HR) are indeed AIG employees. The hey would deal with the same uncertainty as the rest of us. Same issues with STI, layoffs, etc.
Who cares? Every company nowadays has a designated stuff for watching media and social media and responding to it, so we all know it's possible. I seriously doubt they figured out this page exists, but even if they did, their hands would be pretty much tied here. They can't do much here, except to read it and weep (or write a post or two, but shill posts are so easy to spot).
