Agree. So much better. After 23 yes, laid off in wave 2 , I was off 4 wks before getting a better job making more money. Severance-2 wks for every year you been with company but capped at 26wks.

People are unfortunately so afraid to move forward with their lives and confine to have to take the abusive behavior of management! Life is so much greener on the other side!!!!
I can’t even tell you how much anxiety I’ve been dealing with since we had the first conference call months back. They drag this out making you wonder if you will have a job or not down the road.
It’s great to finally have an answer and have some peace of mind, but absolute bs they can be allowed to do what they did. So unbelievably happy to be free.

Thank you! I’m very at peace with it. I don’t think I even had anymore in me to deal with managing all these order writers. My heart wasn’t in the job anymore.
