All, as being an outsider, there are many, many, jobs available outside of of fiserve...take a chance and step out! You will be surprised on what the outside has and what it pays!!! Stop working for leadership that could not give a furry rats bu-t about you!!!

I left in Feb after 25+ years. I was shocked at the pay increase that I received and the bonus potential + new hire stock dividends. Fiserv is TOXIC, watching your every badge swipe and keystroke through Sapience. I think I'm suffering from PTSD at this point, but it's AMAZING to be out from under that horrible leadership team who cares not one iota about you as a person or a valued, knowledgeable employee. THEY DON'T CARE. Get out as soon as you can.
This is the truth. I was OFD for 21 years. They converted me to a contractor instead of laying me off so I lost severance and RSU stock grants. It caused me to go out of my comfort zone and find a new job. My new job pays way better, I get 5 times the bonus I used to get at FD and I have actually really good benefits. Frank and team are not your friends.
Speaks the truth! Don’t tether a single minute more than you have to for that farce c level goat rodeo.
Get out and fly a real rocket at a company worth a damn.
