So “keeping” VP, DOS, Area Manager, GMs & SMs salaries being the same plus commission plus the “secret bonuses” being paid out to them is perfectly okay, but Reps being harassed & being able to make ends meet is what “NOBODY” giving a damn about. Keep drinking that KoolAid Folks!! “History has the facts, that whenever Verlieson has changed the commission structure we as bottom line employees have gotten paid less and less every time they change it, but the above mentioned peeps still chillin. So, the effort to “CUT COSTS” is only being seen upon us, not “THEIR” effortless tries and trying to “Make” sales is not even funny no more. Its sooooo Fake. Lets put them on the sales floor & then lets see if they’re worth & then let us to able to see if they can make it. They will get tired immediately & want someone to take over. Simply “STOP” the negative energy towards us & start taking some initiative “YA’LL” should. Bcz majority of the time they’re just chillin’!! Bottom Line Front Workers do everything including the SMs part. They don’t wanna work past their 40 bcz it sucks & everyone knows abt it. “D-MB” keyholders do their job and the SMs be chilling at the back, pretending they are on a call or doing smthng Imp. A thorough investigation has to be done of what goes on in the stores. Also HR is not to go to, bcz once recorded they’ll blacklist you, obviously all pre decided with “Krista Bourne” being in the picture and are getting paid. a pretty handsome amount to sc--w this company over. There have to be serious changes up until the level of CEO as well, bcz this is the only way once can weed out the corruption level. A “Failed” CEO is running our company & he’s just planning his Golden Parachute and there is no one doing “Anything” abt it. May be this individual got hired just to do that. To make shareholders and investors happy, but sc--w the company around, we strongly demand a new CEO, and your days should be over soon & you should NOT be given nothing, since u haven’t accomplished nothing since 2019 & have pushed down the company to a 3rd level spot in terms of everything. Lets Demand a NEW CEO!!! Hans gotta GO!!! Let’s bring McAdam back(if he’a still got it). At least he had some what of a knowledge, this “Joker”does not.

Written in Ebonics by some hoodrat. Read a book, take a college writing course, maybe even find some actual work ethic.

Guarantee this fool is the laziest rep in their store and everyone hates their guts. You work a job that’s been transformed from a sales role to a glorified clerk and you’re wondering why you aren’t getting paid. Want a better job? Get your resume together and get applying to actual sales jobs and get grinding on a real sales path instead of playing with phones.

Save up for a resume writer though as you’re nearly illiterate.
