Woke up this morning to my current paycheck from new job. Also a paycheck from GF for non working notice. And for cherry on top I got a QPB check! Thank you GF for having the strategic brilliance to pay me for 3 full months with bonuses while I work for another company. Truly Smart Money. But wait! There’s more! Lump sum severance in March totaling $47,000. Thank you to all the people of Global who made this possible.

Having collected my 4th paycheck from my new employer and looking forward to my GF bonus next month followed by nice severance check. I am now sitting by my outdoor pool in cave creek AZ reading the hostile comments of the mentally disturbed hill billy left behind at GF , with my heart full of joy and happiness that I’ll never have to work with nor report to such mentally challenged imbeciles…..
Looking at some of the comments, clearly GF standard has gone from tier 3 to failed culture. Respect for individual has gone at bottom. Now I feel so ashamed and terrible in the company when I see clear distinction and demarcation between a--lickers in management and all talents as engineers. All a-s lickers look so stable while all talented employees looking for avenues and opportunities to step out of the he-l. AME is worse as we have regular cafe chats on a-s kickers who were laid off in CTO link and later reemployed by AME. This is lowest I could imagine in my life.
@fwc yeah, we see through the OP/"troll" and just think they're pathetic... they clearly lack self-awareness
There is something seriously wrong with the OP. It's addicted to this forum like some kind of dr-g.
When they gave me 3 months of continued salary and an additional 6 months severance I didn’t feel rejected, I felt incredibly fortunate. I wasn’t happy there, I was already looking into other options. Management decided who to reject and we all know they are rejects themselves, so 🤷♂️
Got 2 welfare checks this week. GF payroll and GF QPB. Big check is in March. I know it bothers you, but you should probably discuss with your manager why they are giving out free money 🤷♂️ maybe ask him if you can get your 2% raise on time?
Good one, really original. Why not use that "full bank" to buy back your dignity after being cast out? Maybe buy the video tapes of you being embarrassingly escorted out, head hung in shame, humiliated. Maybe you can afford vocational training to get a skill above entry level peon? Nah, you'll just stay on this site posting your fantasy cr-p. At least your welfare check is due next week.
In reality you're meager severance has been spent. You're still looking for a job. And based upon your multiple daily post and your replies to them, you're mentally wrecked. You still haven't gotten over the shame and stigma of being an unwanted layoff and are trying to regain lost dignity by creating a fake world on this forum. You are an unemployed mess.
@xqj+1llfuzzr Incorrect. Per my separation agreement, I’m not required to notify. It’s is requested, but not mandatory to receive all payments due. I’m an employee until March and besides, bonus paid is for Q4 22 prior to my layoff.
If you start to work before termination date, you need to give up bonus/etc.
Didn’t you report your new job to GF? This might cause the legal issue.
Same here. I honestly didn’t expect the bonus payout. Lol
