Thread regarding PayPal layoffs

THIS year might be the end of PayPal US employees

Title says all. With the loss of the US buildings I suspect no more US employees or gutted to a bare minimum.

Or it's just that they've realized call centers are outdated. There are still the same number or slightly more than were there pre pandemic. Production in employees is actually up working from home which translates to less employees needed. Also each time a company is bought by PayPal their employees are absorbed too and eventually either repurposed or let go. If anything facility reduction saves money meaning less need to lay off employees.

Excellent. No basis for speculation. No proof or historical context to lend credence. Just irresponsible speculation to cause a little more anxiety for people.
