Those roles aren’t really open. Just got word the few roles that were posted, those branches will be covered by another HLA. They’re basically having HLA’s cover multiple branches. Productivity does play a factor but it wasn’t the case in most situations. They let someone go who was a 100m person at BOA and was recruited to come to Chase only to be let go after 2 months. That has zero to do with productivity. Nice try though
It's not about length of time it's about productivity. Thanks for the service but you got complacent. Clearly the jobs are still open as they are rehiring for the same role.... use this as motivation for your next gig. Glta!!!
Sorry but you can go to walamrt and get 17 an hour and try to drum up referrals for other business. I am still at the branch so call me and I'll give you a few beans for the referral
We don’t believe you. Nobody in the industry refers themselves as sc-m. Nice try though. Some random person who doesn’t work for the firm making these claims. Even if you know someone’s at the higher up, they also got let go. 25 years in the firm and he was let go but his white counterpart wasn’t.

Overpaid wall street sc-m. I am one too but didnt get laid off hahaha ops is where it's at not serving the people. Branch folks are expendable and hope you learned dont waste more than 3 years doing it
Supposedly more layoffs coming next quarter. If the market shifts, then they’re going to look to hire back the ones they let go. Regardless Chase rates and products are horrible. Wall Street runs the economy so why be mad when you’re not cut to make it. Unfortunately people get let go and it’s a business. Don’t let people like that clown talk about us being sc-mbags when they don’t have the intelligence to do what we do.

We are not all greedy Wall Street Sc-m. I have worked hard in the Mortgage Banking Industry for over 30 years. I have rode the waves of high income and getting laid off throughout the years. It has never been all greed, I earned everything I was paid. I gave up weekends, worked endless hours, and was very dedicated to my job. I did get laid off but JP Morgan Chase was very good to me throughout the years.

Is this again for mortgage what ever is left like HLA, CCS, CDA and closing support ? We know now Manila can do it all. Good for them but for now we are been fixing all their errors. I’m in Tempe
