Anyone else required to drive to the office if you live within 75 miles? I am in Mortgage and they are making us drive 2 hours each way, 3 days a week. My manager thinks this is crazy too but can't do anything about it.

Attrition is one tactic, it happened to me as a mortgage underwriter……I’ve since been riffed but in my eyes it was obvious…..but no, no, no…..I patiently waited for my day/severance.
Yes, they are fishing for folks to quit. I would checkout the federal mileage requirements currently 65.5 a mile.
