When I see the twitter feed of #capitalone, it is filled with the bad experience C1 customer have, and the tweets are so unfavorable, when I worked at C1 nobody bothered about customer experience, they cared more about promotions and getting ahead. This is the problem with C1, it wants to identify itself as big tech and in the process losing its customer base

Not once, will a single associate in the office care or pretend to care about treating customers right. There is a cognitive dissonance required for working at a predatory lending company, such as CapOne. You're not a tech company. You're not a bank. You're a financial predator. Pretending that you are not doesn't change things.
I now understand all the bad reviews, Cap1 is deceiving it’s customers and is actually a wolf in sheep skin, awful!!!!
Banking at c1 is no better than banking at Wells Fargo. At least wells doesn't do stack ranking, forced ranking, rank and yank and all that bullsh!t.
Capone preys on poor customers with low credit histories and likelihood of default. The interest rates are high and goes higher when default. They then sue them and garner their wages. Their usury is beyond description.
