Everyone gets a call from HR and RDR telling you you’re either safe or being let go. If safe they will let you know what your new territory will be.
So does everyone have the HR call. Thought you only had that call if you were being let go.
It takes about a month from when you sign the severance papers to get the money.
We have our regional team phone call this coming Tuesday. Then Wednesday thru Friday will be the HR calls going out to each rep. They will tell you if your job is safe or not and also what your new territory will be if you keep your position. This is the final week.
Found out 3wks before going live, had to stay 3wks after to get severance.
Not only severence. Any help with insurance?
To the guy in NY, did you get severance?
Is this the first or second wave of layoffs for you guys. In NY, they laid us off in January, mission 1.
It’s one month. We will find out 2nd week in March and you will work til 2nd week in April to get ur severance.
So they going to call and tell me work two weeks or thirty days and then f$&& off I don’t have a job ?
Every region has notified people about 2 weeks before the start as you stay on 2 weeks into the Change. So probably week of the 6th.
So March 1 is next Wed. Did we think next week or the following?
I'm waiting ever so patiently myself, but yes, I heard the first week of march we find out. From what I gather on here, if you get let go, you stay until the middle of April.
Makes sense. They're not going to roll out M1 and just drop everyone the same day. They'll need time to get every ftow up to speed on ordering etc.
Is there something about 30 days. April starts on Monday 3rd if that matters. Curious? Just want to know. Dr-g this outlook long enough🤔
March 6th would be less then 30 days notice
