You will be asked and pressured to do associate surveys. They are never anonymous as you're identify and system is always tracked. So if you are pressured then lie and give semi positive results and don't add additional comments. Surveys are used to identify dissenters and those critical of the company. It will be used against you by management. If pressured give false data and move on. Never speak your truth and trust nobody.

Yep my husband used to work for Cap1 (I'm still here) and last year his team gave low scores and they were all pulled into a huddle where they were chewed out and told to come forward.
Lol.
On a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is excellent and 1 is poor. How would you rate -----------???
You give mostly 4s and a few 5s. Maybe give a 3 for something very trivial like "do we have enough happy hours?"
today I deleted another survey
They canned me for being honest in their survey. I don't take them anymore.
I had a manager in mortgage that got a bad rating by the people under her and she pulled us all into a huddle and chewed us out for being honest! I haven't been honest on those surveys since!!! They can always track you!!!
It's called "catch and ki-l."
anyone naive enough to think your replies are anonymous and kept confidential should get out the work force immediately, you won't make it in the corporate world.
Anonymous means there is no wat to yrac you. But your identity and computer information is tied the employee and they know who gave which response. Of course they're not going to tell you that and they want to know what you think and identify the dissenters or troublemakers.
If this is the case, then it sounds like the company could and should be sued. They say this is completely anonymous. We were forced to take all of these surveys and my department would hound us until they got 100%. It was mandatory and every single one of them stated explicitly that it was anonymous. I left the company because of so many of the things you will read here. I would raise heck if I was still at the company and demand some honesty. I really never cared one way or the other if I was being tracked, I was just honest. But, then again, I am looooonnnnggg gone. Such a good move on my part.
Your login ID or EID is tracked along with your IP address and host name of your laptop or computer. It is not anonymous. But used as a tool to identify those who are critical of management or company so they can fire you. Don't do it and if pressured lie.
I knew it, it was never annoymous, when my manager said that he will share the results of my team, it was clear that they were using it to track. I did not see any improvements coming out of survey, in fact things got bad as they started targeting certain groups/ individuals who did not give favorable ratings, I agree better to play safe.
